How do I start a match?
Under Play, choose Training to play against bots immediately, in a 3v3 squad or a solo 1v5 challenge. Online play needs at least two people available; bots fill the remaining places.
How do I recover my progress on another iPhone?
On your old device, open Settings → Account and link your save to Apple. On your new device, select Recover an Apple save using the same Apple account. Inventories are not merged. Contact us before erasing a device if the link has not been confirmed.
I bought Gems but they haven't appeared.
Open Shop → Gems → Retry while connected to the Internet. Do not buy a second pack to try to unlock the first one. If the issue persists, send support the Apple transaction reference and your nickname, hiding any other personal information.
Does TestFlight charge me for test purchases?
Purchases made in the TestFlight Sandbox environment are tests and do not incur real charges. In the App Store version, Apple's price and purchase confirmation apply. Always check the screen shown by Apple before confirming.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles in-app purchases. You can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund.
How do I delete my account or obtain my data?
Contact contact@amstramgram.io with your request and nickname. In versions with the deletion button, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. Confirmation permanently deletes progress and cosmetics; support requests may require proof of account ownership.
Style, not power
Gems let you customise your style. They do not make your weapons more powerful. Crates show their possible contents and drop probabilities before opening.
